Gray started his career as a researcher for Chris Evans on GLR before joining Evans as a Development Researcher at Planet 24 where he developed The Big Breakfast, acted as Series Editor of The Word.  In 1996 Gray became Planet 24’s Development Exec in Los Angeles where he developed the format for Survivor before returning to the UK as the Executive Producer of The Big Breakfast under Johnny Vaughan and Denise Van Outen.  In 1997, Gray founded At It Productions where he Exec Produced The Jo Whiley Show.  In 1998 he was appointed Controller of Entertainment, Granada where he developed and launched ITV’s flagship entertainment series including Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and Popstars:The Rivals.

David Flynn was appointed joint Managing Director of the newly created Remarkable Television in September 09, after taking over as Managing Director of Brighter Pictures in 2007. During this time he has developed and been executive producer on hit game show The Million Pound Drop Live (Channel 4), Pointless (three series on BBC TWO), Seven Days on the Breadline (ITV1) and Divided (two series on ITV1). David also co-chairs the Digital Board at Endemol UK.
