Duncan Gray
Gray started his career as a researcher for Chris Evans on GLR before joining Evans as a Development Researcher at Planet 24 where he developed The Big Breakfast, acted as Series Editor of The Word. In 1996 Gray became Planet 24’s Development Exec in Los Angeles where he developed the format for Survivor before returning to the UK as the Executive Producer of The Big Breakfast under Johnny Vaughan and Denise Van Outen. In 1997, Gray founded At It Productions where he Exec Produced The Jo Whiley Show. In 1998 he was appointed Controller of Entertainment, Granada where he developed and launched ITV’s flagship entertainment series including Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and Popstars:The Rivals.

Elaine Bedell
Elaine Bedell joined ITV as Director of Entertainment and Comedy in March 2009 and heads ITV’s commissioning team across those genres, overseeing a range of hit shows from The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent, Dancing on Ice and I’m A Celebrity, to Benidorm, Piers Morgan’s Life Stories and The Brits.
